A cooking class among the trulli of the Itria Valley

E-bike tour (pedal-assisted electric bike) in the beautiful land of trulli combined with a cooking class at a typical and traditional Masseria of the territory, immersed in the peace of the countryside. You will cycle surrounded by dry-stone walls, centuries old oaks, olive trees and then, you will meet the locals who will tell you more about the secrets of the traditional Apulian cuisine. Finally, you will taste the dishes prepared during the class.

A holiday in Puglia is also a trip among the Apulian recipes, to taste genuine and simple dishes such as focaccia, bread and the traditional sweets.


We mainly provide tour guide service in English or Italian language. It is possible to organize upon request and at an extra cost guided tours in other languages.

    Alberobello guided tour

    UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1996 and capital of Trulli, one of the most important symbols of Puglia. The visit to its main districts, Rione Monti and Aia Piccola, is an incredible show and they both include more than 1,000 trulli.

    Places of interest: Rione Monti and Aia Piccola, St. Anthony Trullo Church and “Belvedere” terrace.

    Once you finish visiting Alberobello, e-bike ride among nature, surrounded by oaks, olive trees and dry-stone walls. A full immersion in a sense of peace and relax that will take you to the next stop of the day: the Masseria where you will attend a cooking class.

    Discovering the ancient Apulian culinary tradition

    Cooking class at a typical Masseria of the territory, surrounded by olive groves and dry-stone walls. Here, you will have the chance to prepare the typical and traditional Apulian dishes, like orecchiette pasta, focaccia, bread and friselle. Then, lunch with tasting of the typical dishes just prepared.

    Return to Alberobello on e-bike or by shuttle service.
