Cycle towards Cisternino and Martina Franca, two enchanting centres located in the Itria Valley, where you can lose yourself among small roads, little squares characterized by churches and stately palaces.
The e-bike tour will be more pleasant thanks to the wine and food stops that will allow you to taste the typical local products. You will continue to admire the beautiful Itria Valley’s landscapes, in the murgia of trulli, among centuries-old olive trees and uncontaminated nature.
Immerse yourself in the heart of Puglia, that part of Itria Valley characterized by countryside, small roads and paths lined by dry-stone walls. Visit the beautiful centre of Martina Franca, pearl of the baroque, Locorotondo with its white painted old town that is one of the most beautiful in Italy, and finally Alberobello, land of Trulli and UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Once you leave the bikes, the tasting of typical wines accompanied by local snack will make the tour more interesting.
Another beautiful stop in the Murgia of trulli is in Noci, an oasis of peace and quiet, famous for the churches and the houses with “pignon” stone roofs (pitched roofs), the white painted walls, the benches places outside the houses: a triumph of the Apulian stone.
You will shortly pass through Putignano and then you can stop in one of the traditional Masseria for a light lunch based on typical local products.
