    Itria Valley on e-bike among culture and wine and food tradition

    After breakfast, jump onto the e-bike saddle (pedal assisted electric bike) and immerse yourself in land of art, history and traditions, cycling through the most beautiful villages of the region. Thanks to the cycle tours among the centres of Martina Franca and Locorotondo, you will admire the natural, architectural and landscape beauties, tasting the typical local products, thanks to the lunch in Masseria and to the wine cellar tour with wine tasting.

    DAY 3

    Along the coast: on e-bike among sea and centuries-old olive trees

    Let yourself be conquered by the colours and scents of a blue and fascinating sea. After admiring the landscape given from the Apulian countryside, surrounded by centuries-old olive trees, you will cycle along the coast and reach the city of Monopoli. A maritime city that will leave you breathless with its beautiful cathedral, castle, crypt and rocky churches.

    After a stop in Savelletri, a location chosen by many VIPs for parties and weddings, you reach a fortified Masseria for the lunch.

    In the afternoon, short visit to Polignano a Mare, a wonderful village built on rocks overlooking the sea.

    DAY 4

    Cooking class in Masseria and guided tour of the “White City”

    Continue the experience with the visit to a typical Apulian masseria, immersed in the splendid scenario of centuries-old olive trees.
    It is here that you will learn how to prepare the typical dishes of the local cuisine under the guidance of an expert chef. Then, you will visit the beautiful Ostuni, famous for its typical white painted old town.

    DAY 5

    On bike towards the Caves

    Today with our e-bikes we reach Noci, a village famous for its wine and food tradition. Guided tour of its old-town centre and stop for lunch at another Masseria where we also take part to a class about the extra-virgin olive oil.

    After lunch we reach Castellana Grotte for the guided tour of the Caves, one of the most important speleological site of the whole Europe.
