Puglia is beautiful to visit all year round and, starting from the autumn, changes itself and gets a particular charm, made of sounds, colours and new flavours. It is just in the months from December to March that this land offers the possibility to live emotions unknown to most people. Taste&Go leads you on a journey in Itria Valley that caresses the senses, surrounded by perfumes and flavours of a cozy and generous land, discovering the typical dishes, traditional recipes and local wines. Breath taking views, small villages, and farmhouses scattered in the countryside and ancient palaces in the background. Thanks to this travel package, it will be possible to reach with your own car the daily stops and meet directly in loco your Tour Guide who will lead you to explore extraordinary places..

    Apulian welcome drink and free stroll in Locorotondo.

    Your arrival in Puglia will be celebrated with a welcome drink, with aperitif based on typical local products.

    The evening will be free, to give you the chance of walking among the narrow streets of one of the most beautiful villages in Italy: Locorotondo.

    DAY 2

    Discovering the Itria Valley and its wine and food traditions.

    After a generous and delicious breakfast, you will start by discovering the fascinating charm of the Itria Valley and its beautiful small towns.

    First step, you will reach Martina Franca, where you will meet your Tour Guide who will lead you to discover the

    Then, you will stop at a salami factory that produces traditional high-quality salami for over 40 years. Here, you will learn more about the production of the typical Capocollo di Martina Franca, Slow Food Presidium, including the tasting of other excellent cold cuts.

    After the free lunch, you will reach Locorotondo, for a guided tour of the medieval village and visit to a famous local winery, followed by a wine tasting accompanied by typical local products.

    DAY 3

    Cooking class in the Murgia dei Trulli.

    One of the most authentic ways to experience Puglia is to learn how to prepare its typical dishes. For this reason, the third day will be dedicated to the cuisine, with a cooking class followed by the tasting and lunch of the dishes prepared during the class, at a typical Apulian Masseria.

    In the afternoon, you will reach Alberobello, the Capital of Trulli, where you will feel like you are walking in a fairy tale village. UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1996, Alberobello includes about 1,400 trulli, distributed in two main districts of the town.

    After the meeting with the Tour Guide and the guided tour, you will spend some free time in the touristic area of the town, where you can find small artisanal and souvenir shops inside the trulli.

    DAY 4

    Mozzarella cheese and extra-virgin olive oil: two Apulian excellences.

    The last day of your holiday in Puglia is still dedicated to the taste and typical products. Today you will visit a local cheese factory located in Fasano, where you can see the several stages to make mozzarella, followed by the tasting of typical Apulian cheeses.

    If you are not completely full, don’t miss to stop at one of the famous bars of the area to taste the famous fried panzerotti, stuffed with mozzarella and tomato. A real pleasure for the palate!

    In the afternoon, you will explore Monopoli, a beautiful maritime city full of small shops and restaurants scattered along its fascinating old town overlooking the sea.

    Then, visit to a famous farmhouse located in the Monopoli’s countryside, where you will see the modern techniques of the olive oil production and, then, take a trip back in time by visiting the beautiful underground oil mill. Finally, extra-virgin olive oil tasting accompanied by typical local products
