A few miles from Noci – famous for its wine and food traditions – is also one of the renowned villages in Puglia, the Masseria the result of a patient work of restoration that has made new the stones of the trulli, old barns and stone walls that surround it.

All the rooms have a common characteristic: the extraordinary and relaxing view on the green countryside surrounded by centuries-old olive trees, perfumes and sounds of the Apulian nature. The Masseria offers everything can make your holiday special, from relax by the side of the swimming pool to the romantic walks along the near oak forest.

    DAY 1


    Arrival in Puglia and check-in at the hotel in Noci. A small village gently nestled on top of a hill of the Murgia of Trulli, Noci is an oasis of peace and quiet. Here the stone dominates the landscape with its white houses, churches and benches outside the houses.

    DAY 2

    Alberobello and Locorotondo

    Including lunch at masseria and wine tasting.
    After breakfast at the hotel, we reach the nearby Alberobello, the city of trulli.
    A tour guide will take you on a tour of one of the most characteristic places in Puglia and famous all over the world. It is also UNESCO World Heritage Site, with its two main quarters that together include more than 1400 trulli.
    Then, you will take our e-bikes (pedal-assisted electric bikes) and we will cycle along natural paths to reach Locorotondo – one of the most beautiful villages in Italy- and a masseria (an ancient Apulian dwelling), where you will enjoy a lunch based on typical products of the local tradition.
    In the afternoon, you will visit a famous winery of the territory, where it will be possible a guided wine tasting.

    DAY 3

    Mozzarella cheese show-Castellana caves

    Including lunch at Masseria
    A typical Apulian masseria will be the location that will welcome you on the third day. Here you will assist to the mozzarella cheese show, admiring the artisan cheese-making process of one of the most important and famous products of Puglia. Then, tasting of typical Apulian cheeses and an excellent lunch at masseria, before reaching, in the afternoon, the Castellana Caves, one of the most important speleological complexes in Italy and Europe.

    DAY 4

    Cooking class in masseria-Monopoli-Polignano a mare

    Including lunch at Masseria
    The fourth day includes an exciting and typical Apulian cooking class, under the guidance of an expert chef. You will test your skills by preparing some typical products of the Apulian tradition.
    In the afternoon, you will move towards the coast to visit the famous towns of Monopoli and Polignano a Mare.
    Monopoli, from the Greek words “monos” and “polis” that means unique city, still preserves those distinctive traits that make it one of the most authentic and fascinating maritime cities in Puglia.
    Polignano a Mare, standing on a rocky outcrop overlooking the Adriatic Sea, is a real jewel of chromaticism that range from the white-washed houses to the green and blue sea that flows through the coast characterized by splendid inlets. It has a beautiful and enchanting old town made of alleys and terraces, where it is pleasant to walk among the typical and small shops or enjoy a drink in one of the many pub and bar in the town.
