At Alberobello – inside the typical TRULLI, old houses declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site, unique in the world, that you can find exclusively in Puglia.

If you want to overnight at tourist facilities different from the classic hotel, comfortable, restored and equipped following the tradition.

    Among the Trulli of Alberobello

    Arrive in Alberobello, UNESCO World Heritage Site, and enjoy all the charm of the Capital of Trulli, one of the undisputed emblem of Puglia. Guided tour of the city followed by a little wine tasting.

    Wine & Food and culture in Itria Valley

    After breakfast, climb into the e-bike’s saddle (pedal-assisted electric bike) and immerse yourself into the culture, history and tradition of Itria Valley, by visiting stunning places like Locorotondo and Martina Franca.

    Discover the local wine & food tradition, thanks to the lunch at an agritourism, to the visit to a salami factory that for over 40 years produces high-quality traditional cold cuts and to a tour among vineyards with guided wine tasting.

    DAY 3

    Culinary tradition and nature on bike

    In the morning, a relaxing ride through nature and the countryside will take you to a typical Masseria where you will discover and learn the secrets of the authentic Apulian culinary tradition, thanks to a cooking class with an experienced chef. At its end you will taste the dishes prepared together with the chef.

    In the afternoon, a short visit to Noci, a nice small town where everything is made of stone also famous for the yearly festival named “Bacco nelle Gnostre”.

    Once arrived again in Alberobello, you will see how the mozzarella cheese and then you will taste it.
