Taste&Go takes you into flavours and scents of Puglia, through the fascinating experience of a cooking class. Guided by an expert chef, you will learn the Apulian dishes, including a typical sweet by using local ingredients.
The cooking class takes place at an old fortified Masseria dating back to 16th century, where you will eat the dishes prepared during the class. As a gift, at the end of the experience, you will receive the recipes of the dishes prepared.
The experience begins with the visit to the fortified Masseria and then continue with the cooking class under the supervision of the chef.
The dishes prepared during the class are the typical Apulian focaccia, zucchini or aubergine parmesan, typical fresh pasta combined with a sauce and traditional Apulian sweet.
